Characterization Fragments

When upset she likes having her hair done - she and her brother got into the habit of doing incredibly tight braids and intricate hairstyles. Her scalp is quite tough. When incredibly upset, she likes to do hair to keep her hands busy. This is not for the faint-hearted as the more upset she is the harder she pulls - someone without a tough scalp would quickly be brought to tears.
She is a master level goldsmith and can be found making intricate jewelry, especially true if she is stressed or angry and someone's head isn't readily available.
This should go without saying but she keeps her hands busy when upset in any way.
Her hair is actually very long, going down to mid-back when let out of the pony-tail. She takes meticulous care of it.
Her handwriting is a very neat, elegant cursive. She writes small. Her hurried handwriting looks about the same, though slanted. She does write in shorthand if she doesn't have time to write full notes. While she provides no key for this, it is simple enough to understand once explained.
When writing books, she does incredibly elaborate initial letters for each chapter. They are themed according to the topic of the chapter. She even colors them. Relevant illustrations are very meticulous and accurate as well as precise with a high level of detail, unless simplicity is specifically required.
If she has time she will even bind her own books as well as emboss the leather to practice her leatherworking, though if she has too much inspiration for writing she will take all finished manuscripts to be bound and embossed rather than her doing it. (Often times this will also include having any spare copies made as needed while she keeps the original book.)
She makes fountain tip pens as a hobby, mostly because she finds having to repeatedly dip for ink irritating.
She is a good miner, though she will often defer to Q'uila, who is better at it than she is. Often times Monx will go and get her own metals but trust gem/mineral/stone cuts to come from Q'uila.
Unless something is wrong she is a very happy drunk and laughs at everything.
